I like using your company because any time there is an issue with the remote, I have a direct contact to a customer service base to get the problem addressed quickly. I really love the remote! The setup was easy and it connected ot my laptop pretty well. Learning the controls was also very easy and it's very adapting to environments! I was able to connect it to my phone to do anki on the go when I'm not sitting at my desk! IT makes going through cards easy and helps me focus on what i need to learn!

I love my Anki Remote. I didn't really think it would save me time but it definitely does, even compared to other remotes since they don't have as much functionality with the keys.
